At TCL Kenya, we are committed to ensuring your genuine TCL appliances reach you safely and quickly. Below are our standardized shipping procedures and secure payment options operated by Pedacah Technologies.

1. Shipping & Delivery

We offer reliable delivery services across the Republic of Kenya. All orders are processed and dispatched from our Nairobi showroom.

*Shipping costs for locations outside Nairobi are calculated at checkout or provided by our logistics partner, G4S, upon dispatch.

• Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM EAT will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be dispatched the following business day.

• Tracking: For all G4S deliveries, a tracking number will be provided via SMS or email once the package is handed over to the courier.

2. Secure Payment Options

To ensure a safe and transparent shopping experience, we provide multiple secure payment methods.

• M-Pesa (Buy Goods & Services): Payments can be made to our official Pedacah Technologies Till Number at checkout or upon delivery.

• Cash on Delivery (Nairobi): Available for all orders within Nairobi and its immediate environs.

• Pay on Delivery (Rest of Kenya): We offer country-wide “Pay on Delivery” via G4S.

  • Note: For deliveries outside Nairobi, customers are required to settle the delivery fee upfront to initiate the courier dispatch. The balance for the product is paid directly to the courier agent upon arrival.

• Bank Transfer: Available upon request for corporate and bulk orders.

3. Our Guarantee

All products are shipped in their original manufacturer packaging and include a valid warranty card. We take full responsibility for the safety of your product until it is successfully delivered to your doorstep or the nearest G4S collection point.
