TCL Kenya Manufacturer Warranty

At TCL Kenya, we only sell 100% genuine products sourced through authorized channels. Every appliance purchased from Pedacah Technologies comes with a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty to protect your investment.

1. Warranty Period

  • Televisions, Soundbars, & Small Appliances: 12 Months (1 Year) Limited Warranty.

  • Refrigerators & Washing Machines: 12 Months (1 Year) General Warranty + 10-Year Warranty on the Compressor/Motor (on select models).

2. What is Covered?

The warranty covers all manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This includes:

  • Internal hardware failure (Power boards, panels, motors).

  • Factory software malfunctions.

  • Screen defects not caused by external impact (e.g., dead pixels).

3. What is Not Covered?

In line with standard manufacturer policies, the warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage (cracked screens, broken casing).

  • Liquid/Moisture damage.

  • Power surge damage (We strongly recommend using a Guard/Protector for all electronics).

  • Repairs attempted by unauthorized technicians.

4. Official Service Center

Warranty fulfillment is provided by Carlcare and Lucky Star General Red, the official authorized service partners for TCL in Kenya.
