Warranties

If you are planning to buy any TCL home appliance which may include a television, washing machine, soundbar or fridge, you don’t have to worry because all our appliances are under warranty. 

TCL warranty is 12 months and covers any malfunction of the appliance such as the software. However, physical damages such as broken screens or exposure to moisture are not covered by the warranty.

The customer is advised not to take any appliance with an issue to their own technicians as this voids the warranty.
